I had read all the testimonials published on the Next Generation Products web site several times and had even e-mailed questions to the developer/retailer prior to making my decision to purchase this item. Here some of the observations and experiences I have had after experimenting with its use: 1) Baby oil is okay as a lubricant, but I have found that Johnson's makes a baby oil gel that gives a much smoother and pleasurable sensation from the silicone sleeve. I highly recommend using the Gel if you want a real velvet touch! 2) I know some have shown concern about the difficulty of figuring out how to use the waist harness.
